Bar Du Musee

In 1969 Bar Du Musee opened as a tiny French bistro on Nelson Road, Greenwich, with the motto “Fine Wine and Good Food”. Today the bistro may have grown into a successful restaurant and nightspot but we hold true to that original concept with a delicious and unpretentious menu that changes with the seasons, and a selection of good value international wine.

The front section opens up into a large, recently refurbished conservatory area where clusters of comfy chesterfields create a decadent feel. Flooded with natural light, it’s the perfect setting for dinner, drinks or a casual Sunday brunch. In the evenings there is a fluid transition from wine bar, to restaurant, to late bar. Outside, split level decking provides an ideal seating area for a sunny day or balmy evening. In summer we fire up the barbeque, serving fresh burgers all day. In winter, umbrellas and heaters mean you can enjoy this outdoor space whatever the weather.

George of Greenwich

A fusion of Old Greenwich and New Europe, George of Greenwich is a sophisticated sandwich shop that puts an emphasis on simple, fresh ingredients to create inspired paninis, and delicious pastries. In an enviable position next to the leafy Greenwich Park, George is perfectly situated for you to buy a summer picnic and dine al fresco, while fashionable bar stools and large leather sofas offer a tempting alternative indoors.

The George of Greenwich site previously housed an antiques shop, and this legacy continues in the décor of comfortable furniture, antique paintings and etchings, and a classic grandfather clock. There is no better setting to enjoy one of our indulgent crepes or high teas. The latter is a recent addition to the menu, a quintessentially English treat that can be savoured at any time of day.

Greenwich Park Bar and Grill

Greenwich Park Bar and Grill embraces the natural beauty of the nearby park creating a leafy indoor oasis in which to enjoy a sublime range of natural cocktails. From the ivy bedecked black façade onwards you are treated to a gorgeous interior reminiscent of Midsummer Night's Dream with a strong contemporary twist: all flowers, birds and stunning black and white photographs of the park beyond. We have a fantastic range of meals and light bites served from lunch through into the evening, and a gorgeous outdoor area in which to enjoy drinks on a summer's day.

Trafalgar Tavern

Built on the site of the Old George Inn in 1837, this stunning late Regency building boasts splendid bay windows with elegant balconies and columns. Stepping inside you step back in time. Downstairs, the Collingwood Restaurant and Duncan Bar are open to all for drinks, lunches and dinners. While upstairs, the Nelson Banqueting Rooms provide an elegant setting for corporate events and weddings.

In the Collingwood Restaurant fish is the order of the day: from bream and salmon to the renowned whitebait. Nineteenth-century customers could expect their Whitebait Dinners caught from the Thames and served straight to the table. Nowadays you can try a variety of twists on the traditional dish, but it is no less fresh or delicious. The Duncan Bar offers a pub in the most traditional sense of the word with a wide selection of fine ales on tap.
